Public Transportation and Highways Near our Gym
The Oyster Bay line of the LIRR has an Albertson Station stop that is 2 blocks away from our building. We are 2 miles from exits 37 on the LIE and 29 on the Northern State Parkway.

Tuesdays & Thursdays – 7 PM to 10 PM | Saturdays 2PM to 6 PM
